Rental includes a private bedroom with walk-in closet and private full bathroom with tub/shower inside a 4 bed/4 bath bedroom condo unit. Each bedroom is separately keyed for your security and privacy. The common areas including the living room, kitchen, laundry area and balcony are shared among all tenants. Each bedroom is furnished with a full/queen size be and desk with chair. Common living room area is furnished as well. Utilities currently include electric water and wifi. The rental fee includes up to $100 towards utilities. If expenses for electric and water utilities exceeds the $100 utility cap, all tenants will be billed equally for the overages.

Pets are NOT permitted; Renter's insurance is required for all tenants.
