The rental fee of $550 includes a private bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet in a shared housing unit. Each bedroom contains a full size bed, desk and chair. Utility expenses for electric and water are divided and billed evenly among all tenants each month. Internet is currently being provided through the community association and is included in the monthly rental fee.
